Extreme Clean Up

 

When a property is no longer safe for individuals to live in, mainly due to hygiene factors as well as many other health & safety, and wellbeing concerns an extreme clean up is required. The circumstances creating the situation can be due to varied reasons including hoarding, mental health issues, deliberate damage, excessive quantity of pets or a lack of any cleaning activity.

At Spader we know there can be many different factors which can lead to these circumstances and that it can happen over a period of time. We understand how difficult situations like this can be, and the effect on individuals emotional well being, which is why our service is compassionate, kind and discreet.

where individuals and their families can move forward and help in reclaiming control of their environment and future without further risk to health.

What's the Process?

Working with the Client and their families to understand the needs and outcomes, we would assess the situation and design an appropriate cleaning plan. All waste is removed, and any biohazardous waste is disposed of safely. Any valuable or precious items will be itemised and stored securely. After we clean and sanitise the area, to a safe and habitable state.

Safety

We use appropriate PPE for safety and maintain strict safety protocols during the cleaning process.  Any biohazardous, contaminated waste will disposed of safely. We ensure the property is cleaned thoroughly and disinfected throughout.

Professional Approach

We work closely with all parties involved to ensure that during the process we are compassionate and sensitive throughout  cleanup process. 

We have been trained in Extreme Clean Up from the National Academy of Specialist Cleaners and their CPD accredited course
