Squatter Clean Up

Individuals who unlawfully occupy vacant or abandoned properties without the owners permission are referred to as Squatters. When squatters are removed from a property either through voluntary departure or legal action the property maybe left in an uninhabitable state.

A lot of the time it will general and food waste, but sometimes it may also include waste that is classified as hazardous including drug paraphernalia and needles, bodily fluids and excrement.

Squatter clean ups may require licenced waste removal,  to ensure safe and legal disposal of general household waste, biohazard and hazardous waste. The property will also require complete decontamination, disinfection and sanitisation cleaning to avoid any contamination risks.

What's the Process?

Working with the Client  we would assess the property  and design an appropriate cleaning plan. All waste is removed from the property, and any biohazardous waste is disposed of safely.  After we clean and sanitise the area, to a safe and habitable state.
